At School District 47 we are committed to providing opportunities for our youth, and because we're a resource-based town, trades and technical training seems like the perfect fit. We are currently offering programs in Adventure Tourism, Automotive Technology, Carpentry, Cosmetology, Culinary Arts, and Welding Level "C".

And we're not done yet! We want to create programs that are responsive to what our students need and what our families want. Future programs will include the arts, technology, and a program for our student athletes. We want our students to be able to stay in Powell River where they can live and learn.
