Empty shells for Roger X receivers that have been installed in hearing aids should be stored at the audiology clinic please!

We re-use most cases, equipment and even bubblewrap. Please avoid writing on, or using stickers/ labels on any loaned Auditory Outreach equipment.

Including paperwork for returned equipment is greatly appreciated!

There are 2 options for returning equipment to us, Canada Post prepaid envelopes or Loomis online waybills. Please don't mark Fragile as it results in hefty surcharges.
