Brooks International Students Host a Fair & Food Court
Last Thursday, on May 8th, the International Program students at Brooks Secondary hosted a Food Fair for host families, guardians, and staff members. The Brooks foyer transformed into a vibrant food court, featuring delicious dishes from around the world. Guests were invited to explore and enjoy a variety of cuisines, each representing a different culture. In preparation for the event, International students teamed up with Brooks culinary students and chef Connor Knickerbocker to create all the dishes served. The evening also included games and activities for families to enjoy! Thanks to everyone involved for such a fun and delicious event.
