ERASE Bullying "Report It" Tool

ERASE

Did you know that there’s an anonymous reporting tool available online through ERASE (Expect Respect & a Safe Education)?

The “erase | Report It” bullying resource is being leveraged by teachers and students within the district, but can also be utilized by parents as well.

What is ERASE Bullying?

ERASE Bullying is a B.C. Government strategy that’s designed to foster school connectedness, address bullying, prevent violence, and provide support to school districts during critical incidents, as well as create safe and caring school communities. This includes empowering students, parents, educators and the community partners who support them to get help with challenges, report concerns to schools, and learn about complex issues facing students.

Bullying is intentional and repeated behaviour that makes others feel uncomfortable, scared or hurt. The student reporting tool is a key part of the ERASE Bullying Strategy, enabling students to report incidents of bullying at their schools. Students can conveniently and anonymously submit reports of incidents or threats using a smartphone or computer, choosing when and where they feel safe to do so.
