World Mental Health Day is October 10, 2021. The overall objective of World Mental Health Day is to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health.
Mental health is universal: everyone can benefit from learning more about how to care for, build and maintain positive mental health. There are many ways to teach and learn about mental health and well-being. Here are some links to resources and tools that can help start conversations about mental health and build mental health literacy.
