What's Happening This Summer at qSD?

Summer at qSD

Brooks Secondary Summer School

Two programs are being offered for secondary students. Families will be contacted by the Principal if either program is recommended for their student(s).

Academic Review (Grades 8-9)

This program is for students who would benefit from extra support and focuses on building numeracy and literacy skills through daily review, practice, and projects.

Academic Partial Credit Courses (Grades 10-12)

These courses are for students who wish to pass a course they have already taken and failed or a course they did not complete. Students must have 35% minimum in the course to qualify for completing it in summer school.

These programs will run June 29-July 17 (closed July 1), Monday to Friday from 9am-12pm.

Attendance: Daily attendance is important. More than two absences may result in withdrawal.

Please note: There is no summer learning for elementary students this year.
