FREE Early Learning Program!

Children from birth to pre-kindergarten entry (0-5) are welcome to attend with a parent or caregiver. Families are welcome to attend one or more sessions each week. Nutritious snacks are provided for participating children.

Program Schedule

• Monday (in the gym): 2:30pm - 5:30pm 
• Tuesday through Friday: 8:45am - 11:45am

Scheduled Closures

• First Tuesday of each month: StrongStart takes place at a local park or outdoor space.
• Last Wednesday of each month: Closed for the StrongStart staff administrative meeting.

StrongStart programs run throughout the school year and follow the elementary school calendar.

Programs are not offered on statutory holidays, during Winter Break (two weeks), Spring Break, or on elementary school district professional development days. Click here to view the school calendar.

Registration

All children attending StrongStart BC must be registered with the Ministry of Education.

Please submit a completed registration form along with official identification for your child (typically a birth certificate).
