New Custom Viewbook We are very excited to announce the launch of our new CustomViewbook. This viewbook allows students to build a personalized, online viewbook that focuses on the programs, services and other parts of UVic life they want to learn about. They can read it whenever they want, and edit it if their interests change.
Booking student appointments A reminder that students and parents can book virtual and in-person appointments with me to get all of their questions answered and learn how to become a UVic student. Virtual appointments can be booked using our online booking system, and in-person appointments can be booked by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.

The admission application for September 2023 entry is open, and the deadline to apply is January 31, 2023. The full application process is outlined in the How to Apply section of our website.
Please note a change to the application for students applying to the faculties of Humanities, Social Sciences and Science.
Self-reporting – February 15 to March 15 The self-reporting system in the My UVic Application will be available between February 15 and March 15. Applicants will self-report their grade 11 and grade 12 marks to be considered for a conditional offer of admission as well as grades-based entrance scholarships.
Next Steps events for applicants We'll be hosting virtual 'Next Steps' events to help applicants prepare for self-reporting and the remainder of the application process and to introduce them to all that their faculty has to offer. These sessions will take place throughout February and March, and registration will be available in the coming weeks on our Events website.
Students enrolled in grade 12 in a BC secondary school, and working toward meeting graduation requirements, can qualify for this special admission category from September 15th to May 15th. This conditional admission is tied to the student meeting the necessary program admission requirements with their interim and final grades. A few programs may have separate deadlines and processes – check with an Admissions Advisor. The student will need to include their Personal Education Number when they apply.
