Students can provide their transcript information to a number of post-secondary institutions (PSIs) by completing an electronic Post Secondary Institutions Selections form on line via the Student Secure Web.

University of Ottawa:

Virtual Information Sessions – Next Steps: These sessions run from February 10 to April 1, are custom-made for applicants in Canada. Sessions include a 45-minute Why Choose uOttawa? overview of everything you need to know as well as a range of 30-minute focused-topic sessions on admissions steps, scholarships, residence, how we support your well-being and the inside scoop on what you can expect in fall 2021.

University of Regina:

Our next big event EA Days  (Early Admission Days for High School Students) begins on Monday (February 8-16) and we have an application workshop on Feb 10

Vancouver Island University:

·             Upcoming Program Information Sessions-Health and Human Services, Child and Youth Care Worker and Dental Assistant: 

  • General Information Session- Tuesday, February 9, 2021 - 6:30 p.m.
    Sign up for a session to learn more about VIU and our 120+programs, and all that's involved in becoming a student here. These events are open to students considering courses in January, applying for September 2021, and everyone who's thinking about studying at VIU in the future. 
  • Future Parent Student Information Session- Monday, March 15, 2021 - 6:00 p.m.
    Are you a parent or guardian of a high school student or young adult interested in attending VIU? Join us at one of our Parent Nights -- and bring along your student if you like. We'll share information that will help you guide and support your student, including admission requirements for our programs, scholarships and upcoming application deadlines. We'll also offer advice on helping your children successfully transition to life at university.

               Info and Next Steps Sessions
  •  The "Next Steps" presentation (aka Self-Reporting 101) will walk students through the self-reporting form and give helpful information on how to best complete the self-reporting process.  We know that students always have questions about self-reporting, so please encourage your students to register for one of the upcoming sessions
  • Ministry of Education Transcripts – For all current BC high school applicants
    • Our Admissions Office is currently in the implementation process for a new reporting mechanism from the Student Transcript Service (STS).  So what does this mean for your students?
      • If a student has not already completed the STS transcript request form, we ask that they wait to submit the request form until they receive an email from the UVic Admissions Office.
      • If a student has already submitted the STS transcript request form, they will also receive an email from the Admissions Office and be asked to resubmit the request form.
      • Detailed instructions will included in the email so applicants know how to complete the request form for UVic admissions.

  • Self-reporting available from February 15th to March 15th

Camosun College:

Students enrolled in grade 12 in a BC secondary school, and working toward meeting graduation requirements, can qualify for this special admission category from September 15th to May 15th. This conditional admission is tied to the student meeting the necessary program admission requirements with their interim and final grades. A few programs may have separate deadlines and processes – check with an Admissions Advisor. The student will need to include their Personal Education Number when they apply.

BCIT is pleased to announce that the following Entrance Awards are available to students who are planning to attend our institute commencing April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022

  • Up to 25 BCIT President's Entrance Awards, available only to current High School students
    • Valued up to $4,000 each.

    • Valued up to $6,000 each.

The University of King’s College is hosting virtual Open Houses this fall. The dates are Oct. 25 and Nov. 21. There are two different times on each day. Students can attend either 7-8:30 am, or 1-2:30 pm Pacific Time.
